    Japanese Heat Therapy

    Ganbanyoku (がんばんよく) hot bed therapy can be enjoyed by everyone.

    Most individuals have reported health benefits related to the Japanese spa therapy regardless of age, gender, or medical condition.

    I am using ganbanyoku in Singapore to cure my backache of many years due to exercise injury, maintain good health and to detox my body.
